Intrinsic Talents and Gifts

For your gifts and talents, it is important to gather data both externally and internally. Sometimes our strongest gifts that shine through to others go unnoticed by ourselves because they are so second-nature to how we operate. Throughout our lives, where we struggle or encounter challenges is where we build up skills. Because we have put effort into those areas, they are often top of mind when we think about how we show up. Throughout this exercise we will make sure we recognize those talents that come easily as well as ones we have developed through our unique life path.
