The last piece we need to identify is what motivates you and more importantly, what motivates you when you are operating from your authentic, inspired, whole self. The following are examples of what you might be motivated by. If you don’t see something on the list that resonates, make up your own.

1. Meaning: Doing work that aligns with a spiritual purpose.

2. Optimal Health: Work that supports your health or physical wellness.

3. Time: Work that allows you time, freedom, or flexibility.

4. **Impact: Work that you know is changing the world or making a difference.

5. *Visibility: Work that grants you prestige or recognition by others.

6. Accomplishment: Work that grants you a sense of completion.

7. **Training: Work that allows growth, learning, and expansion.

8. Ease: Work that allows you comfort, which means it helps you avoid shame, fear, anxiety, and physical or emotional pain.

9. Spending: Work that supports you in making, saving, or keeping money.
