For your gifts and talents, it is important to gather data both externally and internally. Sometimes our strongest gifts that shine through to others go unnoticed by ourselves because they are so second-nature to how we operate.
Throughout our lives, where we struggle or encounter challenges is where we build up skills. Because we have put effort into those areas, they are often top of mind when we think about how we show up. Throughout this activation we will make sure we recognize both those talents that come easily as well as ones we have developed through our unique life path.

Courage to ask for feedback
1️⃣ Select your vision holders
Ask close friends, family members, and colleagues when they’ve seen you at your best, and list their answers here. Be sure to take note of what skill set you’re using when they note you’re at your best.
Write down who you have selected and their relationship to you.
2️⃣ Make the request
Ask close friends, family members, and colleagues when they’ve seen you at your best, and list their answers here. Be sure to take note of what skill set you’re using when they note you’re at your best. Send out a note to the 5 people asking for feedback.
Example:
I am diving into a self-discovery workshop and part of my homework is gathering feedback from a few people in different areas of my life. The purpose is to get a better sense of how others see me when I'm at my best/most authentic. As one of my closest friends and soul sistas, I thought you would be a great person to do this and I trust that you will give honest feedback. ❤ Here are some prompt questions to give an idea of what I’m looking for: What makes me authentically me? What is so unique and special to who I am that makes me magical? What is my secret sauce? These could be parts of my personality, my interests, my passions or the way I see & process the world. I'm hoping to collect responses this week, and this can be as brief or as detailed as you'd like. Any insights you have would be super helpful and so appreciated! 🤗🤗🤗
3️⃣ Capture & Absorb their words
Capture the feedback somewhere you can reference it later.
Bonus: Create a “Slay” folder in your phone albums — Add screenshots there of what you receive to look at whenever you feel low
