Guided visualization to expand your possibilities and connect with your future self.
This guided visualization walks you through a day in the life of your Future Self.
What if you could time travel to meet the version of you who already figured it out?
Any Given Tuesday is a visualization designed to do just that by walking you through a future workday (a Tuesday perhaps?), you’ll tap into the rhythms, values, and environments that align with your most fulfilled and successful self. This isn’t just about dreaming big, it’s about collecting intuitive data from your inner GPS.
Use this activation when you're:
- Craving clarity around what “aligned success” actually feels like
- Redefining your business or workday structure
- Feeling stuck in someone else’s version of productivity
- Ready to build a schedule or business model that truly reflects your values
You don’t need all the answers right now, just a quiet moment, a curious mind, and the willingness to imagine what’s possible.
For Solopreneurs:
Use this to reconnect with your deeper why, realign your current goals, and anchor your next move to a future version of yourself who’s already living it.
For Teams:
Pair this with vision planning or a quarterly reset. Encourage individuals to visualize their ideal role, workflow, and rhythm, then use it to co-create aligned goals.

🎯 Focus Statement
This exercise helps you tap into your inner compass. Complete this sentence to guide your visualization:
“I’m doing this exercise to reconnect with the version of me who has already created [insert vision or feeling].”
Examples:
- “...a thriving business that supports my lifestyle”
- “...confidence in my leadership and choices”
- “...peaceful mornings and creative work I love”
- “...systems that support ease, income, and impact”
Write down your focus statement.
1️⃣ Set the Scene
Choose a real date 3-5 years in the future (example: July 17th, 2029). Start with a workday so that you are anchoring in what that energy might be. You can repeat this exercise for different days to tap into a bigger picture.
Write down the date you chose.
2️⃣ Listen & Visualize
Play the guided meditation. Let your mind paint a vivid picture of your ideal day. The key is to think expansively but with a foundation of reality.
For example, if you are a graphic designer, it wouldn’t be realistic to envision yourself as a surgeon in 2 years. You want to stretch into your subconscious of what you actually want while also grounding in what’s possible.
3️⃣ Capture the Details
Write down everything you see, feel, and experience. You can pause the recording and write as you go, or you could record yourself in a voice memo to digest after. The more specific, the better!
Write everything that comes up. The more you capture, the more clues you get about your future vision for yourself.
After your visualization, capture and ground the vision:
🪄 Option 1: Energy Anchors
List 3 feelings or energetic themes that stood out in the visualization.
Then ask:
What small shift can I make this week to feel more like this version of me?
📌 Option 2: Choose a Symbol
What object, detail, or phrase stood out in the vision? Use it as a symbol—write it on a sticky note, use it as a screensaver, or name your next goal after it.
💫 Let it be a breadcrumb trail back to yourself.
Pro Tip: You can revisit this activation as your vision evolves—repeat it anytime! You can also play around with picking a “vacation” day or a “holiday” to round out your vision.
